Some unsecured creditors of CEC Entertainment, the parent company behind Chuck E. Cheese and Peter Piper Pizza, think a proposed sale bid process is moving too quickly, lowering the value of assets as the "eatertainment" chain goes through the Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection process.
