The firm has let 20,000 sq ft at Gallions Reach Shopping Park to fashion retailer H&M on a 15-year lease, which will take occupation at the scheme at the end of September. The new store will add to H&M's presence in the local and surrounding area with a large presence already established at Westfield Stratford.
