CoStar Q1: JLL and CBRE retain top spots in £9bn investment deal flow

Jones Lang LaSalle and CBRE retained top spot as the most active sales and acquisitions agents respectively over the first three months of the year, in a quarter which saw a 24% year-on-year rise in transactional activity to almost £9bn, according to CoStar’s UK Investment Research.

CoStar’s UK Investment Research recorded £8.83bn worth of transactions in total over the first quarter in 445 worth of deals up 24% from Q1’s £6.7bn 2012 figures, although this was down 14% on the frenetic end-of year levels of  £10.3bn recorded in the fourth quarter.
