Hanover Green has recruited three people to its retail and restaurant team.
Alex Tentori and William Knight join as senior surveyors from Newmark while Nicola Avery comes from the client side in a new role as business coordinator. Hanover Green said it is now the largest independent landlord-focused London retail and restaurant agency, with a total of 13 staff.
Matt Hyland, head of agency, said in a statement: “We are really pleased to bring in Alex, Will and Nic into the company. Tentori will work alongside Alex Mann in the F&B division and William Knight will join the retail agency group. Both will work on instructions for clients including Shaftesbury Capital, Grosvenor, BEAM, Tribeca Holdings and The Mercers’ Company among others.
Hyland added: "Nicola has fantastic experience in the industry across retail and F&B and is taking up a new role as business coordinator, assisting in all areas of the running the business so we can focus on providing all our clients with the best possible service.”
