Deloitte review could spark 200,000 sq ft City requirement

Accountancy giant Deloitte has begun a review of two of its major offices in the City of London, in a move which could result in a requirement of more than 200,000 sq ft being launched in the capital, CoStar News can reveal.

Deloitte Real Estate has begun a review for the wider group's occupational needs at Stonecutter Court and Athene Place, both EC4, where it occupies a combined 264,049 sq ft.
