Henderson buys King's Cross Travelodge out of receivership for £54.1m

Henderson Global Investors has bought the freehold interest in the King’s Cross Royal Scot Travelodge Hotel from LPA Receivers Richard Crompton and John Cookson from Colliers International for £54.1m, representing a yield of 5.48%.

The deal is the first Henderson acquisition with Travelodge and it said it would look to work closely with the budget hotel group in the future.
