Carpet Service Company Spends $1.05 Million

Sierra West Carpet Service, a contract-based carpet cleaning company, purchased a single-story 21,120-square-foot flex building at 464 West Commonwealth Ave. in Fullerton. Gabe Drapel sold the building for $1.05 million, approximately $50 per square foot. The company plans to move out of its space at 579 North Batavia in late February and move to its new location in March. Constructed in 1956, the building contains one ground level door and a 14’ clear height. Walter Frome of Trammell Crow Co. represented the buyer. Greg Ozimec of Voit Commercial Brokerage represented the seller, Gabe Drapel.
