Fourth Avenue Capital, a Seattle Washington-based property investment firm, acquired an 80-unit apartment complex in Vancouver, Washington, from Westland Investors for $14.75 million, or about $182,099 per unit. Located near the Washington-Oregon border, the multifamily property sits minutes from Interstate 5 — a major traffic artery along the West Coast — and the Columbia River.
