Orchard puts Sutton Coldfield retail park and parade on the block

Orchard Street Investment Management has brought to market 69-73 and 75-101 The Parade and Newhall Walk Retail Park in Sutton Coldfield for £31m, a yield after acquisition costs of 5.8%.

Orchard has instructed Knight Frank to sell the 118,949 sq ft property, which sits on a 5.44-acre town centre site and comprises a parade of 14 shops, a supermarket, a cluster of three retail warehouses, a standalone restaurant and a 250 space surface car park.
