AquiGen’s Futura Park secures six further tenants

Futura Park, Ipswich’s new retail and business park, has secured six additional retailers in the development’s second retail phase.

Furniture store DFS, Paul Simon, Furniture Village and Oak Furniture Land as well as Costa Coffee Carphone Warehouse have all signed leases, according to developer AquiGen, alongside the flagship John Lewis at home store and the Waitrose complex.
