KWAP completes £215m City buy

Malaysian pension fund Kumpulan Wang Persaraan (KWAP), has completed its purchase of City of London trophy office building, 88 Wood Street, EC2, CoStar News can reveal.

KWAP, advised by RREEF, today finalised the deal to buy the iconic Richard Rogers-designed office property from National Pension Service of Korea for £215m, reflecting an initial yield of 5.8%.
