Office market in San Diego settles into stability

Supply pipeline shuts off, but vacancy remains high

The second quarter did little to change the office narrative in San Diego. Vacancy has risen to its highest level in nearly 15 years at 12.4%, and properties targeted for conversion, particularly downtown, have prevented the rate from rising even higher.
