Park Plaza chain buys Waterloo office tower

PPHE Hotel Group, the Park Plaza and art’otel hotels group, has bought Hercules House, a government let office tower close to London’s Waterloo Station out of receivership from Mapeley Acquisition Co. (Hercules) Limited for a consideration of £23.5m in cash.
