Stainton forms £150m JV and buys Reading hub

Stainton International, the real estate asset manager, has established a £150m joint venture with an US-based alternative investment fund.

The joint venture, which is ungeared, will seek opportunistic property acquisitions and portfolios of £10m to £100m. It will focus on the UK, but will also consider deals in western Europe.
