Occupiers launch 400,000 sq ft London requirements

More than 400,000 sq ft of office requirements have been launched in central London this week, as occupiers increasingly look to test the market for relocation options, CoStar News can reveal.

Publisher Hachette UK has launched a search for 80,000 sq ft in Euston and Kings Cross. The firm, which counts Hodder & Stoughton among its group of companies, is expected to move out of 338 Euston Road, NW1, where it has housed its London operations since 1993.
