Plans lodged for King’s Reach Tower extension

The joint venture behind the development of King’s Reach Tower on London’s South Bank has lodged plans for an 11-storey extension to the scheme in a move which will take the number of luxury flats in the development to 191.

The JV between CIT and Saudi-based Jadwa Investments have applied to Southwark Council to add a further five storeys (net) to the tower, which was rebranded earlier this year as South Bank Tower, taking the height to 41 storeys and adding another 18 high-rise apartments.
