Westminster council has approved plans from celebrated architect Dame Zaha Hadid to redevelop part of the Grosvenor estate with one of prime central London’s most striking modernist architectural designs, CoStar News can reveal. We take a first look at the plans.

CoStar News can reveal that on Wednesday HPM Developments gained consent for the demolition of 6 Grosvenor Crescent Mews in Belgravia for redevelopment with a futurist scheme designed by London 2012 Olympics Aquatic Centre architect Hadid.
