Boise, Idaho’s industrial leasing activity continues to race along. Overall volume as of the second quarter of 2023 totals just under 950,000 square feet, well ahead of 2021’s record-setting pace which totaled 650,000 square feet at mid-year. Following that trend, leasing volume could reach just under 1.9 million square feet for the full year.
