BP eyes giant South East HQ move

The South East office market is poised to start 2013 with a bang as BP eyes an 115,000 sq ft headquarters at Scottish Widows’ Building 2 New Square at Bedfont Lakes in Feltham near Heathrow, CoStar News understands.

Market sources said oil giant BP had entered talks to take all of the former IBM offices at the park paying around £28 per sq ft. It already occupies 70,000 sq ft at Bedfont Lakes and also occupies offices at nearby Stockley Park at 4 Longwalk and 5 The Square.
