Chief executive Rob Tincknell invited potential purchasers to Battersea Power Station to review the Rafael Viñoly masterplan, with prices starting from £338,000 for a studio, £423,000 for a one-bedroom, £613,000 for a two-bedroom, £894,000 for a three-bedroom apartment, and £6m for the penthouses. First occupancy is expected to be in 2016.
