Canary Wharf tops out 25 Churchill Place

Canary Wharf Group has topped out its 500,000 sq ft 25-30 Churchill Place development in Docklands, E14.

The topping out marks the completion of the original Canary Wharf masterplan, which was drawn up by Skidmore, Owings and Merrill and began construction in 1988. Canary Wharf Group has now built over 16m sq ft of office and retail space, and has planning permission for another 9.3m sq ft of mixed use space in the pipeline at Canary Wharf and adjacent Wood Wharf.
