South Korean giant to make UK debut with £145m City splash

South Korean fund manager Samsung Asset Management is set to make its UK debut with the £145m purchase of 30 Crown Place in the City of London, CoStar News can reveal.

Samsung Asset Management, which counts Samsung Life Insurance and Samsung Fire & Marine Insurance as its affiliates, has entered into an exclusivity period to buy the 198,000 sq ft EC2 asset from German closed-ended fund manager Hannover Leasing.
