Inside the first phase plans for Battersea Power Station

The Battersea Power Station Development Company, the British-based consortium representing the new Malaysian owners of the iconic south London site, has lodged its detailed plans for the first phase of an £8bn redevelopment. CoStar News takes a first exclusive look.

Prefacing the proposals Rob Tincknell, head of the management company, says the proposals follow the vision of architect Rafael Vinoly, who he first commissioned while at previous owner Treasuary Holdings, and his masterplan's joint objectives of saving the Grade II* Listed Power Station and creating a sustainable and deliverable masterplan.
