CBRE expands Houston team; Colliers hire targets New York office deals; CRG adds data center veteran

CBRE expanded its Houston operations with the addition of Jillian Fredericks and Connor Saxe as senior vice presidents on the firm’s regional office investor leasing team. Fredericks brings more than 16 years of industry experience, having served most recently as a senior vice president at Colliers, where he focused on office leasing. She held earlier positions at Boxer Property and Landmark Properties.

Saxe has more than 13 years of experience in office and mixed-use properties, having joined CBRE from Partners Real Estate, where he was a senior vice president. Saxe previously worked at Cushman & Wakefield and Colvill Office Properties.

Henry Allman joined Colliers as a vice president in its tri-state region office in Manhattan, where he will focus on office leasing and new business development in the New York City area. Allman joined the firm after nearly seven years at development and investment firm Related Cos., where he handled office leasing involving tenants in multiple industries. He also contributed to the development and launch of Related’s Lifestyle Office concept.

Chicago-based CRG, the real estate development and investment arm of construction services firm Clayco, appointed data center veteran Rohit Kinra as senior vice president and partner, as CRG expands its profile in the data center sector. Kinra brings more than two decades of real estate and technology experience. He served most recently as senior vice president and general manager in the data center business unit of Iron Mountain, a technology services provider.

Kansas City, Missouri-based development firm Hunt Midwest promoted Mike Bell to executive vice president. In his new role, Bell will oversee its industrial, residential, development and acquisition divisions, the company said. Bell has more than 30 years of construction and development experience, serving in several executive roles at Hunt during the past 15 years. Hunt Midwest develops projects in multiple property categories and is among numerous business holdings of the Lamar Hunt family, which also owns the NFL’s Kansas City Chiefs.

New York-based Zenith IOS, focused on investment in industrial outdoor storage properties, promoted Vinh Thai to head of investments. Thai previously served as senior vice president of investments. He joined Zenith in 2022 after earlier roles at LCOR, Carmel Partners and Wells Fargo.

Commercial real estate investment services firm Greysteel hired Drew McWilliams as a director in the firm’s national affordable housing practice. The Bethesda, Maryland-based company said McWilliam, based in New York City, will advise clients on matters including investment sales, finance and housing preservation. He worked previously as an associate director at Ariel Property Advisors.

Real estate services firm NAI DiLeo-Bram and Co. hired Leo George as an associate, part of ongoing efforts to expand operations in Central New Jersey. The Woodbridge, New Jersey-based firm said George will handle functions such as financial analysis, market research and related transaction support.

Philip Fitzpatrick joined international law firm King & Spalding as a partner in its real estate funds practice group. The firm said Fitzpatrick is based in its New York office and represents real estate developers, owners and investors in multiple property categories. He joined the firm from McDermott Will and Schulte, where he was a partner.
