Nestlé hires agents for giant 240m sq ft global contract

Confectionery giant Nestlé has awarded one of the largest property services contracts of the last few years, appointing a quartet of agents across its 83-country global estate, CoStar News can reveal.

The world’s biggest food and nutrition company, whose brands include Kit Kat, Nescafe and After Eight, is on the verge of signing contracts with CBRE, Jones Lang LaSalle, DTZ and Cushman & Wakefield, which will help devise a strategy for Nestlé’s 240m sq ft global property portfolio.
