French biotechnology company bioMérieux will expand and relocate its Philadelphia operation to a new building nearing completion in the Philadelphia Navy Yard. The company signed the first lease in 1201 Normandy Place, a four-story, 137,000-square-foot life science building being developed by Ensemble Real Estate Investments and Mosaic Development Partners in partnership with Oxford Properties.
