European net lease transactions dip as investors target more structured deals

Colliers reports Europe sale-and-leasebacks are at €1.7 billion in first half of the year

European sale-and-leaseback transaction volumes totalled approximately €1.7 billion in the first half of 2026, down 48% from the first half of 2025 and 13% year-on-year, the lowest six-month total recorded in the past five years, according to Colliers.
