KKR subsidiary, Etche, crystallizes the value of its pipeline

Since its takeover by U.S. property giant KKR in 2020, Etche has set about making the most of its substantial land reserves. With a pipeline of 500,000 square meters distilled into a dozen operations — one of which was recently sold and five of which will shortly be presented to the market as a value-added portfolio — the company, which is KKR's dedicated platform for French logistics real estate, is ready to crystallize its value.
