The landlord Greenwich Hospital - has taken a surrender of the unit, which was previously Bar du Musee, from Inc Group.

Nick Weir, director at Shelley Sandzer, which advised Jamie's Italian, said: “This is a great location for the popular, relaxed Italian chain. Jamie’s Italian likes to create an environment with a neighbourhood feel and this location in the heart of Greenwich fits well with their ethos of a friendly and comfortable restaurant.”

Jamie’s Italian has thirty restaurants in the UK as well as three international venues.

Shelley Sandzer’s joint agent was Graeme Wait and Greenwich Hospital was represented by BNP Paribas.
