Canary Wharf’s Crossrail platform construction completes early

Canary Wharf Group has completed construction of Canary Wharf Crossrail station’s platform level five months ahead of schedule, with the developer on track for a 2015 completion for one of the largest Crossrail stations.

Crossrail’s eastern tunnelling contractor Dragados Sisk JV will shortly commence enabling works to receive the two tunnel boring machines (TBMs) that will be launched from Limmo Peninsula later this year.
