Washington Commercial Real Estate Owner and Developer Pays $20.8 Million for Mid-Rise Office Building One Block Off King Street

A month after partnering with CIM Group to buy the Crowne Plaza, longtime Washington, D.C., commercial real estate owner and developer Carr Cos. headed back to Old Town Alexandria to acquire The Mason from Southern Management Co. for $20.85 million, or about $298 per square foot.
