Russian investors snap up 50 St James's Street

The former headquarters of the Jamaican High Commission, 50 St James’s Street in London’s West End, has been bought by private Russian investors for in excess of £70m.

The building, which was sold by private clients of Richard Webster of Harper Dennis Hobbs and REhunters, was home for more than 100 years to the Devonshire Club and is thought to have linked at one stage via a tunnel to well-known gentleman’s club White’s across the road.
