Royal Mail/Stanhope post revised Paddington plans

The Royal Mail and Stanhope have returned to the table with revised plans for a 270,000 sq ft development close to Paddington Station in a bid to overcome objections from Westminster council and Transport for London.

Complex negotiations over the site have been continuing as the state-owned postal service looks to bring forward a major redevelopment of the former depot as part of its drive to squeeze value from its circa 40m sq ft UK estate.
