USS pulls out of Enfield bid as Warner brings Folkestone centre to market

Universities Superannuation Scheme's circa £62m bid for the long leasehold on Enfield's Palace Exchange has been withdrawn, CoStar News has learned.

The 162,000 sq ft Palace Exchange scheme is let to tenants including TK Maxx, Lidl and Next, and was sold to Northern Irish investors in 2006.
