Investors circle High Street retail assets

Demand remains strong for prime High Street investment opportunities, with two retail assets in the South of England set to be snapped up.

Scottish Widows has bought a retail parade in Reading from Ropemaker Properties, on behalf of BP Pension Fund, for £26m, a net yield of 5.52%.
