Minneapolis developer United Properties has signed a deal that would allow Simpson Strong-Tie, a construction materials manufacturer, to become the first tenant to occupy the first building in InverPoint Business Park, a project in Inver Grove Heights, Minnesota, that has been in the works since 2007.
