DTZ: UK office occupancy costs fall everywhere apart from West End

The worsening Eurozone economic climate could mean that the next 12 months represent a significant opportunity for occupiers in London's West End and the Asia-Pacific markets to lock in good deals on office space.

The view is one of the key findings of DTZ’s 15th annual Global Occupancy Costs: Offices report, which revealed that UK’s office occupancy costs fell by an average 0.3% in 2011 as tenants pushed through space efficiencies in the face of the worsening Eurozone economic climate.
