Aviva set to sell £150m Queensbury House

Two more key West End offices are understood to have gone under offer this week for close to the asking prices as demand continues to be fierce for the rare opportunities available.

Market sources suggested that Aviva’s Life Fund, advised by Knight Frank, has gone under offer to sell Queensbury House at 3 Old Burlington Street to private Russian clients of Michael Elliott for close to the £150m quoting price a 4.75% yield.
