Tower 42 sale completes for £282.5m

The Kirsh Group has completed the purchase of the iconic Tower 42 in the City of London for £282.5m - a 7% yield.

The 324,000 sq ft tower was sold  by a joint venture between BlackRock UK Property Fund, Hermes Property Unit Trust and LaSalle Investment Management, on behalf of the Royal Mail Pension Plan.
