Liverpool retail development delayed due to lack of tenants

Plans for the £200m extension of one of Liverpool’s biggest retail parks have been delayed due to a lack of stores signing up.

Proposals for the Edge Lane retail park included expanding the park by 40% and improving the existing retail park, which is let to Cineworld, McDonald’s and Frankie And Bennys, plus refurbishing neighbouring business units on Edge Lane.
