Morgan Stanley Investment Management, through investment funds managed by Morgan Stanley Real Estate Investing (MSREI), acquired a 1,536,045-square-foot Class A industrial distribution facility at 13231 NW Roanridge Road in Kansas City, Missouri, from Hunt Midwest for $158.5 million, or $103.19 per square foot.
