Olivier Durix appointed Deputy Managing Director of Bouygues Immobilier

Olivier Durix has been appointed Deputy Managing Director in charge of Bouygues Immobilier's development business in Southern France and joint ventures. His mission is to manage Bouygues Immobilier's housing business in Occitanie and Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur, "by cultivating the Group's local roots in these regions and supporting its multi-product development", he explains in a press release. He will also continue to oversee the company's diversification activities, such as Wojo (a coworking subsidiary 50%-owned with the Accor group) and Les Jardins d'Arcadie (a senior residences subsidiary 49%-owned with Acapace).
