Detroit Multifamily Rent Growth Pulls Back From All-Time High

Though Select Suburbs Continue Heated Pace

Late last year, year-over-year multifamily rent growth in the Detroit area hit an all-time high of 8.1%. But more recently, during the first quarter of 2022, the heated pace of rent growth has pulled back 30 basis points to 7.8%.
