Berkeley's Fulham Reach set to rise

Berkeley’s plans for a major mixed-use redevelopment of of a key west London site fronting the River Thames have been recommended for approval in the face of objections from local campaign groups and MPs Zac Goldsmith and Andy Slaughter.

Berkeley subsidiary St George lodged a combined full and outline application for the 7.5-acre Hammersmith Embankment site fronting the River Thames on Distillery Road in Hammersmith on 1 August after a public consultation in June.
