Almacantar’s Jones steps down after central London focus

Almacantar’s joint managing director, Neil Jones, has resigned following a strategic review which will see the property investment and development company focus solely on central London.

Jones who co-founded with Mike Hussey towards the end of 2009 and led its capital raising efforts securing 175m by three investors by February 2010 plus a further conditional 50m from international investor, Exor will pursue “opportunities in Continental Europe”.
