Tungsten Properties, the UK mid-box industrial and warehouse developer funded by British Airways Pension Trustees, has received planning approval for ‘Super W’, a 244,000 sq ft speculative industrial unit at the former Travis Perkins’ facility at Appleton Thorn Trading Estate in Warrington, Cheshire.
