Mansford swoops for Targetfollow's Coventry Skydome

Mansford Holdings has bought the 124,000 sq ft Skydome Leisure Complex in Coventry for £13.55m, close to half the price previous owner Targetfollow paid for the complex in 2004, CoStar News can reveal.

The price paid to Deloitte, administrator to Targetfollow Estates, a subsidiary of Norwich-based Targetfollow, reflects a net initial yield of 5.6%. Targetfollow paid £21.4m for the scheme in 2004.
