San Francisco-based industrial developer Prologis has sold a warehouse at Dorsey Industries in Elkridge, Maryland, to High Street Equity Advisors, an investment firm headquartered in Boston, and investment manager Angelo, Gordon & Co. for $15.45 million, or about $129 per square foot.
