GEM OPS Planning Overhaul of Downtown Hotel

A group of investors led by Chicago-based GEM Realty Capital has acquired the Hyatt Regency Phoenix at 122 N. 2nd St. in Phoenix, AZ for $107 million, or about $154,000 per room, from a joint venture between DiNapoli Capital Partners and PCCP LLC.
