Columbia Pacific Advisors has agreed to acquire Hawthorn Retirement Group, a Vancouver, WA-based firm that owns and operates seniors housing communities in North America. This will be the third go-around for Columbia Pacific founder Dan Baty, who built two previous senior living chains.
